The workshops made me more conscious of my thoughts and self-talk allowing me to relax more. I especially liked the meditations and conversations in a nonjudgmental atmosphere.

Nancy

The workshops enhanced my awareness in unplanned and nonconscious ways. Some deep insights have occurred including new, different, loving family outreach on my part. Your spontaneous sharing of your knowledge and wisdom from your years of work along with your insights affected me causing me to feel like a better person during the course

Pauline

My favorite part of the workshops were the discussions after the meditations. Plus I liked that the overall pace and the content was just right for the two hours. I feel more positive after attending.

I am grateful to have been a part of Lynne’s class, “Unfolding the Mystery of Self.” During the class Lynne shared thought provoking excerpts from her book of the same title, and introduced us to different ways of meditation, which opened and expanded me. We were invited to try them in our own spiritual practices, if we chose to. Lynne is a gentle, deep spiritual teacher supporting each student, no matter what their experience is with meditation. I am learning that if Lynne is teaching something, I want to be a part of it, because it helps me to grow and expand my consciousness.  I am grateful to have her as teacher and friend
